Suitable for all ages and abilities this class uses fun the of Taekwondo sparring WITHOUT the combat to increase cardio, strength and co-ordination. Whether you are looking to loose weight, increase and tone muscle or just find a fun alternative to the gym this is one not to be missed.

So you are ready to take the next step in your training?

Do you want to challenge your skills and learn what Taekwondo looks like outside the dojang?

Then why not try one of our specialised training sessions. These classes are for current students that have a keen interest in one field of taekwondo.

Sparring: Our dedicated sparring team and coaches will help you realise your full “fight” potential in a safe respectful environment. Sparring classes explore WT competition rules and techniques and open students up to the competition scene. Our contact class allows students to “gear up” and test their skills whilst learning the latest cutting edge fight styles. Not keen on contact? That’s ok the get all the skills benefits and ring ready safely in our fight fit class.

Thur 7pm (contact sparring) and Tues 8pm (fitness only)

Poomsae: As a traditional based club Jeongsin Taekwondo has a long history with Poomsae specific training and competition. Our head coach has extensive knowledge both on the mats as a competitor and off the mats as a national poomsae judge. Whether you are looking at improving your skills for class and grading or want to see what competitions are like this class is a great addition to anyones training.

Your journey through the grades

From beginner to advanced we pride ourselves on using modernised teaching methods to develop traditional skills. Blocking, striking and kicking are the foundations for building skills and advanced techniques. Each week our classes focus on key elements of taekwondo, poomsae, sparring and self defence while increasing fitness, flexibility and co-ordination.
