Tired of sitting on the sidelines will the kids have all the fun? Need somewhere that everyone is welcome and fits in?
Mums & Dads with kids to those with disability and everything in between, this is a flexible class where everyone can get involved.
During our family classes, we teach the foundations of other classes just in a unique relaxed way. Our family sessions are both fun and challenging, we engage a range of students at various levels through our extensive teaching experience.
Each week students will discover the fundamentals of taekwondo including sparring, Poomsae and self-defence.
These classes will increase your fitness, coordination and flexibility while reducing stress and creating focus and confidence.
Who, What, When?
Our family sessions are 100% inclusive and require no previous experience or fitness level. They cater for the beginner to the intermediate level student that loves to be in mixed company.
Parents and kids attend sessions as a fun family time activity, while kids that can’t make our afternoon sessions can also attend on their own. Adults with disability find these sessions welcoming and relaxed yet stuctured enough to meet their needs.
These sessions run 3 days a week Tues, Thur and Sun and are friendly and safe for ages 4yrs+.
Train the whole famiily
Forget sitting on the sidelines whilst your kids do their sporting activity. Head onto the mats and train along side them. This class is a whole lot of fun for families to learn traditional techniques and form fun core memories whilst they learn.
