Kids Classes
Our kids’ classes, aged 4-10 years. They are best suited to beginners who are just starting out their martial arts journey.
What you can expect to learn?
We have a firm focus on fun fitness, classical, and traditional taekwondo. In this class, your child will learn foundation moves such as blocking, striking and kicking.
We help your child to build confidence, respect, discipline, strength, flexibility and focus by working with their individual needs. We understand that no two kids are the same that’s why we go the extra mile to understand each and every one of our students, their personalities, strengths, weaknesses and any neurodiversity.
Each week students will cover one of the fundamental elements of taekwondo including sparring, Poomsae and self-defence. To experience the full benefits of our programs we recommend 2 class attendances per week to ensure we can help your child grow the confidence and skills to start them on their martial arts journey.
How safe is it?
It’s a safe space to build confidence, discipline and respect through basic martial arts techniques.
We also introduce the kids to realistic self-defence strategies and explore anti-bullying in a safe non-aggressive environment. We want your children to feel comfortable, empowered and relaxed.
That’s why you will find our classes to be both structured, yet nurturing and a great place for kids to be themselves and form great friendships.

Working through the belts
During the kid’s class beginners will start to work towards their first grading. We will support their learning of key techniques that will help them step up through the various skill levels.
