Our women’s and teens self defence workshops have been developed for women by women and delivered by female only instructors with over 30years experience.
During the courses / workshops you will explore simple, easy to use and remember techniques that get straight to the point. Our no FLUFF attitude towards personal defence and awareness means ego’s are left at the door and there is not a complex move in sight.
Striking, kicking and biting are examples of the techniques we use while teaching you how to defend yourself against frontal, rear and ground assaults. Knife defence and personal awareness are also key components in our real life based training.
We guarantee you will leave feeling more aware, prepared and empowered than when you stepped on the mats.
